At cartfixa.com, we offer a 14-day return or replacement policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to intermediary shipping facilities are not eligible for a refund. Only items sent directly to our warehouse are accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this, the order is already registered in our system and with our carrier.
